n      All round development of the children through quality education. The all round development means – physical, mental, social, moral, cognitive and spiritual development of the  child.

n      Enabling all the schools and other helping institution of the state to solve the academic  problems faced by them in their areas.

n      Encouraging all the teachers/teacher educators  to be dutiful, self motivated, enable to motivate others as well as sensitive towards students. Enabling the teachers/teacher education to transact curriculum  through joyful and effective presentation with practical understanding.

n      Establishing co-ordination between school teacher and community for fulfilling the responsibilities, so that the schools can be developed as community center.
